UNIFORMS

It is required that you let us know the correct uniform size for your player when registering.
If a new uniform is needed due to you not requesting a size or requesting an incorrect size, the cost of the uniform + shipping and handling charges for overnight shipping will be your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

All players will receive a matching team uniform, consisting of jersey, shorts, and socks.

SPECIAL REQUESTS DURING REGISTRATION

Players and Coaches are randomly divided using the software provided by AYSO standard. We cannot guarantee any players will be placed together. The program software is designed to distribute players evenly by skill level & experience across all teams and age groups for more balanced teams.

The only acceptions are:
1) Siblings will be placed together on the same team, if they're in the same age group
2) Coaches players will be placed together.Unfortunately, we can't accommodate requests outside of the guidelines listed above.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

VOLUNTEER

AYSO is an all-volunteer organization. The coaches who guide teams through practices and during games, the referees who tirelessly officiate games going from one field to the next, the board members who organize the region’s events all the way from planning registrations to setting the schedule and making sure game days run smoothly, are all volunteers. Nobody gets paid one dime to participate in AYSO. Nationwide, more than 220,000 parents, relatives and friends sacrifice their time and effort to make sure that all of the children receive a great AYSO experience.

Because of this volunteer foundation, AYSO ensures that the costs are as low as possible.

AYSO has developed special job-specific training that helps volunteers who may have little to no soccer experience familiarize themselves with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective coaches and referees, as well as offering unique administrative and management training.

All this ensures that each program abides by AYSO’s Six Philosophies, offers a great AYSO experience and continues to grow and offer AYSO to more children.

It only takes a few hours to become a qualified introductory-level coach or referee. If you are willing to commit to even more time, there are many small but important jobs you can help with. Even a few hours here or there can make a big difference not only to your team but to the entire region.
Great soccer starts here!

OUR VISION

To provide world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.

OUR MISSION

To develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on our Six Philosophies.

  • Everyone Plays: Our program goal is for kids to play to play soccer so we mandate that each child play 50% of each game (no child can sit out more than one quarter until every child has sat out at least once) It's no fun to spend the game on the bench.....and that's no way to learn soccer!
  • Balanced Teams: Each year we form teams as balanced as possible because it's more fun and a better learning experience when teams of similar ability play. It allows for each player to gain the experience of a wide variety of teammates of different skill levels
  • Open Registration: Our program is open to all children who want to register and play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing. There are no elimination try-outs and nobody gets cut.
  • Positive Coaching: Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment for the players and leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players. A coach can be one of the most influential people in a child's life, so AYSO requires they create a positive experience for every boy and girl
  • Good Sportsmanship: We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect rather than a win-at-all-costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.
  • Player Development: We believe that all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.
